Inspired by the Greek goddess Hecate. Goddess of magic, crossroads, ghosts, and necromancy. This Hecate tattered skirt is very witchy. Hecate was one of the main deities worshiped in Athenian households as a protective goddess and one who bestowed prosperity and daily blessings on the family.
This black tattered skirt can accompany you to all of your haunts. It is made from many different kinds of scrap fabric, and each skirt is unique, but will follow a general color scheme and theme. These skirts are made with several layers of fabric, and free sewn together to make a new patchwork fabric at the waist band. The skirts are very time intensive and a labor of love.
